This small holiday room, measuring approx. 16 square metres and suitable for up to 2 people, is situated on the ground floor of an annexe on the owner’s 940-square-metre residential plot, within a quiet residential estate in a central location. The Baltic Sea beach is about 800 metres away, whilst restaurants, cafés and shops are within a 500-metre radius.It features a combined living/sleeping area (2 sofa beds, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, dining area), a kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The flat is heated by electric heating. There is a furnished outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities and a car park. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them. If arriving by car, you must bring your own bed linen. Pets are not permitted. The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz is a state-recognised spa resort and is therefore subject to a visitor’s tax (payable on site).
