It is 550 metres from the bright and clean sea and just as far from the nearest beach. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds, and all rooms have their own bathroom with shower. As additional content, the villa has a separate toilet, and you can use a washing machine and an iron. The spacious living room consists of a corner sofa that serves as an extra bed for two people, a table, two stools, a TV and an electric fireplace. Near the living room there is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family. On the outdoor terrace you will find a beautiful heated pool with an area of up to 93 m² and a depth of 1.2 m and 1.5 m, where you can really relax and refresh yourself on hot summer days.
