Villa Oliva 1 is located in the town of Umag, in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 + 2 people. Villa Oliva 1 is fully air-conditioned and has a beautiful private pool, which can also be heated. The open concept on the first floor offers a luxurious spacious living area as well as a kitchen with dining area, both with large sliding doors leading to the private pool and outdoor dining area. The 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, are evenly distributed over the first and second floors.
