On the ground floor there is a large living room and two en-suite bedrooms. Upstairs there are 2 further en-suite bedrooms. Outside there is a large, private pool, a covered dining area, sun loungers and a private car park. This air-conditioned villa is surrounded by green meadows and forests.

The Adriatic coast and the famous tourist town of Porec, all of Istria's beaches, are just a short drive away. Grocery shop, a bar and an excellent tavern are within walking distance. You can also buy groceries directly from local traders.
