It stands on a 900 m² plot, where you’ll find an incredibly inviting private swimming pool, as well as an outdoor terrace with a dining table for six and a charcoal barbecue for those who wish to cook their meals outdoors. The interior of the villa is very spacious and furnished in such a way that you’ll feel right at home as soon as you arrive. The ground floor comprises the living room with a cosy sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the outdoor terrace. There is one bathroom on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, along with the three bedrooms. One bedroom has two separate single beds and two bedrooms each have a double bed. One of them has access to the lovely loggia. The villa is surrounded by a green lawn, which, together with the swimming pool, swing and trampoline, makes it an excellent choice for a wonderful family holiday.The villa is situated in the heart of rural Istria, halfway between Pazin and Pula, and is surrounded by stunning countryside, dotted with olive groves and idyllic vineyards. Central Istria is renowned for its pretty, picturesque medieval towns. There are good restaurants, cafés, wineries and shops in Svetvincenat, a charming, quiet village near the villa, known not only for its rich historical and cultural heritage but also for its excellent, authentic Istrian cuisine. There are numerous walking and cycling routes available in this region, offering a true Istrian experience. The famous, lively towns along the beautiful coastline are just a short drive away through the picturesque countryside.
