As with the three other seasonal lodgings offered on this 7-hectare estate, the only luxury is the space all around, as it is set in a very natural landscape, away from the summer hustle and bustle of Sarlat, on a private 7,000 m² fenced meadow. On one of the peaks overlooking the Dordogne, with an unobstructed view to the south over the wooded landscape planted with numerous organically grown fruit trees, whose fruit you can share with birds and deer.
You have free access to a 5 x 12 m pool heated to 30 °C from 15 April to 31 October, a spa (2-seater massage bench) and an adjoining pool house with shared sanitary facilities, a games room, a kitchenette and a summer dining room. There is a neighboring 10,000 m² property 300 m away that is shared with up to a dozen guests. A washing machine is also available in the basement of this main farmhouse, where dogs and cats also reside.
