The rooms are pleasantly cool even at high temperatures and are accessed via two separate entrances. On the ground floor, in addition to the living area with several seating areas, there is a dining area with a table and two kitchens, one of which has another dining table. Four of the five bedrooms are at ground level; on a gallery on the upper floor there is a further bedroom for two guests with its own bathroom. On the right-hand side of the house there are two bedrooms for two people each, while on the left-hand side there is a double room and a single room. Modern bathrooms with large shower cubicles have been integrated into both areas. One of the rooms has a small private terrace. The holiday home is equipped with WLAN and stable mobile phone reception.
