The nearest beaches are in the idyllic fishing village of Fazana. In Fazana you can take a boat to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia - Brijuni. You can find many tourist activities in the beautiful, romantic town of Rovinj, but be sure to visit the regional capital of Pula. There you will find an enchanting Roman amphitheater where you can attend many film events as well as cultural events and live concerts by world-famous artists. Don't miss the old medieval towns such as Svetvincenat, Vodnjan and Bale full of picturesque squares, narrow stone streets and cozy taverns, stores and bars. Among other things, Istria offers a unique gastronomic experience that you can taste in many restaurants (e.g. truffles, fuzi (traditional Istrian pasta), prsut (smoked ham), goat cheese or manestra (traditional Istrian vegetable stew) flavored with homemade olive oil, etc.), but also through agritourism and in local cellars that are only a short drive away from you.
