This beautiful family villa is situated near the medieval town of Motovun in the heart of Istria. Villa Alba can accommodate up to eight people in three bedrooms. The interior is characterised by harmonious colour schemes and creates a homely atmosphere. The open-plan ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cosy living room and a beautifully furnished bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, you’ll find two cosy bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, whilst the third has two single beds. From the living room, you have direct access to the lovely terrace, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view over Motovun and the green hills. The covered terrace is a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or have lunch with your family. In front of the house is a large and inviting infinity pool, where you can cool off on warm summer days or simply relax on a sun lounger with a cold drink. In the basement of the villa is a private tavern where you can spend time with your friends and family whilst preparing a delicious meal on the charcoal barbecue. The house is situated in a very peaceful area, surrounded by the lush Istrian countryside. It is the perfect choice for your next family holiday, where you can relax by the pool or explore the beautiful surroundings. Villa Alba is situated in a quiet area, near the town of Motovun. Motovun is located in the centre of Istria and is one of the most beautiful medieval towns. The town is famous for its film festival, a thermal spring, and its exceptionally well-preserved historic buildings. The villa is ideally situated as a base from which to explore Istria. Visit the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. A must-see attraction is Brijuni National Park, renowned for its beautiful beaches, golf courses and zoo. Sample traditional Istrian dishes in small family-run tavernas or take part in a truffle hunt in the Motovun forest.
