This vacation apartment is located, together with ABU160 and ABU166, in a typical Burgenland square farm surrounded by orchards and forests. Enjoy with your family or friends the life in the countryside and the modern comfort of the newly built apartments. Your vacation apartment offers, with two bedrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, a storage room and a spacious bathroom, enough space for the whole family. SZ2: sofa bed width 1,6 m. Enjoy your breakfast on the wonderful terrace, from which you have direct access to the communal garden. Barbecue, sun loungers and parasol are also provided. Culinary delights are provided by the farm's own products such as apples, eggs, juices, jams and pumpkin seed oil and schnapps, which you can buy on site. Sheep, two cats and chickens inhabit the green areas and shed around the farm. The homeowners do not live on the property, so you are all to yourself. The rolling hills of southern Burgenland invite you to go on extensive hikes with your four-legged darlings or on bike tours. On hot summer days you can cool off in the natural swimming lake Königsdorf, which is only 7km away. Entertainment is offered by the city of Güssing with its castle and the Burghofspiele in summer. Or you can follow in the footsteps of winegrowing and visit the wine museum of the wine idyll Moschendorf. You will find a rich wellness offer in the nearby thermal spas of Stegersbach, Loipersdorf and Bad Waltersdorf. The shopping town of Fürstenfeld, with its cafés, restaurants and the largest outdoor swimming pool in Europe, also offers enough variety and is only 15 minutes away by car.
