Villa Soricevi Dvori consists of two semi-detached houses, which are let together. The property is situated on a 1,000 m² plot and can accommodate up to 12 people (4+2 per house). The villa features a large garden with two tables seating 6 people each, which can be pushed together for al fresco dining, as well as two outdoor fireplaces. The highlight of the garden is the large private swimming pool with parasols and sun loungers – ideal for relaxing! If you fancy some sport, there’s a volleyball and badminton court in the garden. Children have their own area on the playground with swings and a slide. If you’d like to explore the surrounding area on two wheels, there are 8 bicycles available. There is also a separate building in the garden housing the wellness area. It comprises a lovely indoor jacuzzi, a shower, loungers and a Finnish sauna. As for the interior, all rooms are air-conditioned, furnished in a shabby-chic style and equipped with all necessary household appliances. On the ground floor, each of the semi-detached houses features a kitchen, a dining room with a table for six people and a lovely living room with a fireplace. There is also a separate toilet in each section. In the first house, the internal staircase leads to the first and second floors, where there are two bedrooms. On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a lovely private terrace. The internal staircase in the second house leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms. From the first-floor corridor, you have access to the covered terrace. All four bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with a shower – a comfort that guests love to enjoy. Near Barat lies Dvigrad, the ruins of an abandoned medieval town.
