In a little more than one hour you can reach Rome and Naples. The villa is built with quality materials (floors in Vietri ceramics and wooden floors) and it is set inside a residence with tennis court, parking, pedestrian path (for the more sporty) that leads to the beach with beach resort at 800 m.
