Only 500m from the lake and the center of Gargnano is located this nice independent vacation home with a large terrace overlooking the lake. It is located within a residence with many other independent vacation homes, is accessible only on foot through an internal road, the parking is 100m away. Your vacation accommodation is distributed on two floors (first floor and basement). Through a private garden gate and stairs you can reach in 5 minutes the lake, the beaches and the old town of Gargnano (150m). The garden of the cottage is closed with a small gate and partly shared with another house. On the first floor: bright living room with dining room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. On the lower floor: small living room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Large outdoor area with panoramic views of the typical vegetation and the lake. The position is ideal to visit Gargnano (old town, lake promenade) or Toscolano Maderno (4,9 km) with its panoramic paths. The picturesque villages of the lake can also be reached by boat (500 m). For sports lovers there are several possibilities: Canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, diving, tennis (at 100 m ), trekking, mountain biking, horseback riding. Nearby there are nature parks and water parks - fun for young and old. Art lovers can visit the ?Vittoriale? in Gardone Riviera and the new museum of Salò (MU.SA.).
