 Just a few meters from the Baltic Sea, directly at the sailing and marina 'Port Olpenitz' is the lagoon-shaped peninsula south of Schleimündung. The complex has a small private beach. Also, the kilometer-long, supervised by the DLRG sandy beach down to Schönhagen is not far away.
  
 The houses are equiped with: below are the combined open-plan living and dining area. On 1st floor you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom, where one fitted with massage jets, large corner bath invites you to relax. As a special highlight awaits you a private sauna (with window) on the top floor, next to the large roof terrace!
 Is there anything more beautiful than loosen tired muscles in the sauna after a long day at sea and to let your gaze wander over the water? For your convenience, there is next to the sauna, incidentally, a separate shower.
  
 Upstairs there is another living area - the so-called studio - with large picture windows. Here is also the cozy, Scandinavian fireplace, so you can enjoy the view in the winter before the crackling fire.
  
 On a clear day you can see across from Kiel Fjord on the Danish island Ærø up to the Schlei. Each corner has a unique view of this - whether the sunrise over the Baltic Sea and the sunset over the beautiful Schlei Fjord.
  
 In this so-called refined Vierlings construction of four houses are in each case together at the corners. In this way, you can enjoy panoramic views from every home and have plenty of privacy on your terrace. With a floor space of 93 m² light-flooded homes offer 3 floors accommodate 4 people; two more guests can find space on the sofa beds in the ground and first floors if necessary.

 The new cottage area is currently being built on the former Navy site in Port Olpenitz on more than 150 hectares, surrounded by nature.
