Description

In the heart of D-Day country stands this charming cottage, beautifully renovated by the friendly English owner. The house has modern features such as a terrace for sunbathing while harmonizing with the rural location. The local village, Ste. Marie-du-Mont, has a 13th century church. It was the first to be liberated after the D-Day landings and it has become one of the centers of celebrations each June. Honfleur, Dieppe and Rouen are easily accessible by car. With quiet beaches and breathtaking scenery, this is an ideal vacation spot for exploring this famous area.
