This magnificent vacation home with private pool is located in a beautiful stone house in the countryside and very quiet in the beautiful region of Drôme des Collines. It is close to Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine, on the border with the Vaucluse.
It has a very large private pool and enjoys a generous nature at the foot of the Lance mountain, just a few kilometers from the pretty village of Valréas.
Enjoy the tranquility of these places and the beauty of this beautiful mansion, very well maintained. The living areas are located on the second floor, which is accessed by an external staircase with wooden beams and light colors,. Each of the 3 beautiful bedrooms has its own bathroom, one of which has a bathtub and 2 separate toilets. You will enjoy a large panoramic terrace overlooking the magnificent land planted with fruit trees in the heart of the lavender fields and vineyards of the owners. The house, terraced from the back and therefore without neighbor, benefits from a magnificent private and totally secure swimming pool with a covered terrace. It is perfect for sunbathing and offers a beautiful view of the neighboring vineyards.
Just 6 km from the town of Valréas, an important city of the Papal States that has preserved a rich heritage from its past, lies the beautiful Drôme Provençale region on the border with Provence. The nearby wine road leads to Mont Ventoux. On the first floor there is a large garage with a table tennis table and bicycles at your disposal to explore this magnificent region. Do not miss the beautiful villages of Séguret, Visan, La Garde Adhémar and the cities of Orange, Avignon and Carpentras. Sports activities are numerous. It is therefore a quiet and ideal vacation home for families.
