This charming vacation property, spread over two floors, benefits from a quiet location in the village of Coti Chiavari, known for its adjacent eucalyptus forest. At the rear of the property, there is a beautiful view of the entire bay of Ajaccio. Only 6 km away stretches the Plage d'Argent, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the island. Its turquoise waters make you think of a lagoon and will enrapture you. By taking the coastal road that runs not far away, you will reach another dream beach, that of Cupabia, and continue to Propriano. If you continue your trip further north, you will reach the lively little seaside resort of Porticcio, the city of Ajaccio and then the Îles Sanguinaires or the blood-red islands. From Porticcio you can also change from land to water and take the boat ferry to the port of Ajaccio. Then you are also right at the market place of the city. The cottage is next to the house of the landlords.
