Description

A holiday house of classical architecture is located in Trosti, a small town near Pazin.

It was built on a slope, so, following the terrain, it was partly buried and on the one hand it looks like a two-story house while on the other it looks like a ground floor house. On the ground floor there is a comfortable apartment with kitchen, dining room and living room, bathroom and one spacious bedroom and from the living room the apartment opens onto the terrace.

On the upper floor there is a kitchen with dining room and living room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms and a covered terrace overlooking the pool. On the beautifully landscaped plot by the pool there is a barbecue and a swing with a climbing frame and trampoline.

In the immediate vicinity is the geographical centre of Istria marked by a small stone pyramid.

You can walk or cycle to the surrounding trails through meadows and woods.
Horse lovers at a nearby ranch can tour the ranch or learn their first riding steps, while the experienced riders can arrange a trip to central Istria. For adrenaline lovers we recommend the Zip-line Pazin Cave or an adventurous walk in the Pazin cave under the guidance of experienced speleologists.

From the cultural sights you can visit Pazin Castle, where you can
see the exhibitions of the Ethnographic Museum of Istria and the Museum of the City of Pazin.
