The villa also features 4 bathrooms equipped with underfloor heating and shower enclosure, with a separate toilet located on the ground floor. The spacious ground floor of this fully air-conditioned villa features a top-notch, minimalist kitchen, a nice dining area, a comfortable living room and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The upper floor features the remaining three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a laundry room. The interior of the villa Terrazza exudes timeless elegance and simply invites you to spend quality time with your family.
The fully fenced 650 m2 large courtyard of the villa features a spacious, heated waterfall pool (40 m2) for you to enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of day and night.
