The building dates back to the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2009. The villa has 260 m2 of living space, in front of it is the blue Adriatic Sea and a private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. It is fully air-conditioned, the maximum number of guests is nine, optimal is seven. It consists of first floor, first and second floor. On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa, sofas, a TV and a fireplace. Next to it is an equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite dishes and try them in the dining room with seating for eight. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a small living room, while on the second floor there is another bedroom, a bathroom and an intermediate room with another bed. Extras include a washing machine and an iron, and a feeding trough and a baby crib are available upon request. The villa offers sea views and the outdoor terrace will delight you with a saltwater pool measuring 24 m2 and 1.45 m deep. Next to it there are eight sun loungers, an outdoor dining table and a charcoal grill. There are three parking spaces outside the villa's courtyard. Villa Princess is a real example of a combination of local stone and wood, which can be found in every room.
