Moreover, it was built in 2023 and the optimal number of people is 16. Guests will be comfortably accommodated in 8 bedrooms: 6 double beds (200 x 205) and 4 single beds. The rooms also have a balcony, from which you can enjoy the view of the pristine nature and the sea. The villa also has 8 private bathrooms with showers. From the mentioned 8 bedrooms, 6 rooms together with a bathroom have 40 m2 and the remaining 2 bedrooms have 30 m2, each with a bathroom. The nearest pebble beach is 20 meters from the villa and there are restaurants, cafes and stores nearby. Another special feature of the villa is that you can enjoy the sea view from all rooms. On the first floor there is a living room furnished to the highest standard: beautiful corner furniture, 3 stools, a coffee table and a TV where you can watch your favorite movies and series together with your family and friends. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including two bars and three bar stools. At Villa Alanis you can choose to swim in the outdoor or indoor pool. The indoor pool is located in a separate room, next to it there is a sitting and lounging sofa for resting and reading books. On the outdoor terrace with sea view you can refresh yourself in the heated pool of 96 m2 with a depth of 1.4 meters. On the lawn next to the pool there are 12 deck chairs, garden furniture to sit and drink your morning coffee, as well as two umbrellas and two outdoor showers. On the covered part of the terrace there is also an outdoor dining table, a small summer kitchen and an electric grill. Villa Alanis has additional facilities that will be of great use during your stay, namely a washing machine, a dryer and an iron, there is also 1 separate toilet. Likewise, the villa has underfloor heating/cooling and if children are coming on vacation with you, there is a feeding trough and a crib.
