Villa Aestas is located in Vrbovska on the island of Hvar, an island known for having the most hours of sunshine per year. The accommodation capacity of the villa is a maximum of eight people. It has four luxuriously furnished and air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms on the upper floor of the villa. On the first floor of the villa there is an open dining area, a modern kitchen with built-in Bosch appliances and a living room with an indoor pool heated to 36 degrees, so the villa can be used even in colder weather. The pool is 9 m² in size and also features massage jets and geysers. The open concept of the first floor, with large glass walls that can be opened, gives the impression that the living room is actually a covered terrace. On the first floor of the villa there is a storage room with a washer and dryer, a separate toilet and a sauna for complete relaxation during your perfect vacation. In addition, all rooms of the villa have underfloor heating. On the spacious terrace of the villa there is another long heated swimming pool of 9 meters with a total size of 23 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Around the pool there are eight sun loungers for undisturbed enjoyment of the summer sun, there is also an outdoor dining table and a gas barbecue. In the fully fenced yard of the villa there are four parking spaces. A special advantage of this villa is a cleaning service three times a week for 2 hours. If you want additional cleaning services, there is a fee. A few minutes walk away is the nearest rocky beach Basina, where you can experience all the charms of water sports and the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. Basina beach is a particularly quiet and peaceful place without crowds, made for a dream vacation with the family. During the day you can hear the sounds of crickets and in the evening the sound of the sea and the waves. There are no stores or cafes on this secluded beach, for which you need a vehicle, but there is a fast food at the entrance. From Vrbovska, excursions are also organized to the neighboring island of Bra? and the famous sandy beach Zlatni rat. In addition, you will surely enjoy romantic walks in picturesque Vrbovska, a place that is actually a small island in the middle of the bay, connected to the mainland by numerous bridges, which is why it is also called Little Venice. Among the more interesting cultural monuments you must visit in this place are the church of St. Lovrinc, built in the 15th century and renovated in the 17th century in Baroque style, and the church of St. Petra from 1331 , one of the oldest sacral buildings on this island.
