Large doors open directly onto the outdoor terraces and pool area, creating a seamless outdoor experience. On the first floor there is also a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, but also a private gym with modern sauna and separate shower and WC. There are four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms upstairs, with private access to a very romantic panoramic terrace overlooking the islands and the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.Villa Dumina is located in the small village of Sukosan, just a short drive from Zadar. Zadar is an old town rich in cultural heritage and historical attractions. The famous Alfred Hitchcock said that the most beautiful sunset is in Zadar - don't miss it!The old town offers monuments from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance: the Roman Forum (1st century), the Church of St. Donat (9th century), the Church of St. Marija (11th century, rebuilt in the 16th century), the Cathedral of St. Anastasia (12th to 13th century), parts of the defensive walls ... Nowadays, Zadar is known for the Sea Organ and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greeting to the Sun).The region offers beautiful beaches, good restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine, but also breathtaking national and nature parks (Krka Waterfalls, Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, Tela??ica, Paklenica?).
