The house is located near the famous sandy beach of Lovreina and is surrounded by well-tended olive trees. The rocky cliff beach with its crystal-clear sea is just ten metres from the house. Lovreina beach can be reached via a narrow, partly concreted road and a historic footpath. The house has solar panels and therefore it is not possible to use many electronic devices. The water comes from its own cistern.
