The Villa Can Eretat with its particularly spacious garden is an absolute highlight in our programme: small country roads lead you to the large estate, which is surrounded by rolling hills and wonderfully fragrant pine forests. The lounge terrace landscape is unrivalled: Right by the house, you can relax to your heart's content on cosy furniture and enjoy the view of the lawn, the vegetation beyond and the beautiful landscape. From this plateau, antique stone steps lead down to a lower level, where the garden with table tennis table is located in front of the bedrooms. The inner courtyard is also very attractively designed with a striking, ochre-coloured stele which, in combination with the modern house façade, gives this area the ambience of a stylish art museum. Small trees also create a cosy atmosphere. Equally attractive is the pool, which is also surrounded by lush lawns and is suitable for ambitious swimmers thanks to its generous dimensions. Against the backdrop of the Mediterranean forest with rock formations, you can swim your laps in peace and quiet and then relax on one of the sun loungers. Or you can position yourself on the wooden edge of the pool and let your legs dangle in the refreshing water for a while. The varied outdoor area invites you to take short barefoot walks - a feast for the senses. You can also round off the whole experience with a barbecue.

The interior of the house on steep terrain is just as spacious and opulent: the rooms offer plenty of space, which has a positive effect on your mood. Your thoughts have room to unfold here.
The exquisite works of art, including modern paintings and statues, lift your spirits and enliven the conversations you can have in this extravagant living room. The fireplace is open on both sides, so you can enjoy the cosy crackling of the fire from one of the spacious sofas as well as at the dining table. From here, a staircase leads to the home library and the ultra-modern kitchen, which meets the highest standards. The cheerful glow of a yellow work of art radiates into the room and warms your heart and soul early in the morning as you eat breakfast in the kitchen seating area. You even have your own laundry room. A large double bedroom with a canopy, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom is also located on this floor, and visitors can also freshen up in a guest WC. The four remaining bedrooms are located one floor below: three double bedrooms await you here, one of which has its own bathroom. The bedrooms are mostly decorated in white and also have cosy details such as a desk, so you can feel like you're in an upscale hotel for the duration of your stay. The bathroom on the bedroom level also has a bathtub.
There is a golf driving range and the owner will provide you with a set of golf clubs to practise with free of charge

Situated in the north-east of the island, Villa Can Eretat is an area that invites you to enjoy beautiful bays such as Cala Mesquida, which is around 8 km away. Capdepera not only exudes an excellent Mediterranean ambience with its lively market on Wednesdays, the small alleyways also invite you to stroll and explore. You can reach the medieval town of Artà in your hire car in around a quarter of an hour, where you can visit the impressive Coves des Artà stalactite caves, for example. The vibrant coastal town of Cala Ratjada is the right place for you if you want to party late into the night. When you return to Villa Can Eretat, you will appreciate the marvellous tranquillity that surrounds you all the more. Surrounded by greenery, Villa Can Eretat offers the best conditions for a relaxing holiday: a walk through lush green hills takes you to the sea, just 2 km away. The medieval town of Capdepera, where you can take a tour of the majestic castle, is only 3 km away. From there, it is only a stone's throw to the vibrant Cala Ratjada, where strollers and night owls get their money's worth.
