Description

This holiday home is located in a fantastic neighbourhood close to the recreation area of old Donau in the district called Donaustadt. This district is just 500 metres away from a beach, which is ideal for swimming, surfing, cycling or skating in winter. This home has a nicely landscaped garden and a beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy a cosy breakfast and plan your holiday. These features make this home a perfect holiday destination.

The living area/dining area and the terrace are set a little higher to enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. The flooring is tiled and equipped with a large carpet. The ceiling is made of wood. The living and dining areas are spacious in a romantic-rustic style. Two bedrooms, a toilet and a kitchen are on the ground floor. There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower in the basement and a lounge with TV and an extendable sofa.

You can reach the city centre, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Hofburg of Vienna, city opera, ring road and other attractions by subway, the station being just 15 minutes away by walking. These attractions make this home fascinating for a cultural trip to the city.
