This quiet semi-detached house is decorated in cosy, country house style with a spacious garden and two terraces. The ground floor includes a living and dining area, with a tiled stove.The first floor boasts three comfortable bedrooms, one with bunk beds, two with access to the west-facing balcony and one with a walk-in closet The gallery also has a cozy reading area and bathroom with shower and bath.

The parking spaces in front of the house, the garage and the cellar offer plenty of storage space.

It is within walking distance from the beautiful Mondsee. The Mondsee region offers numerous recreational opportunities, such as hiking, climbing, sailing, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.
