The small holiday home for 2 people is located separately on the owner's 1100 square metre property within a quiet residential area. The beach at Tiefwarensee is about 1.5 km away. The town centre, restaurants and shopping facilities are within a radius of 1.2 km. The holiday home is equipped with a combined living/bedroom (double bed, flat-screen TV, stereo system, seating area), a kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The house is centrally heated. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, sun loungers, storage space for bicycles and a car park. Internet connection (W-LAN) is also available. The total price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning, additional costs are charged according to consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, electricity, water and gas according to consumption.
