It is comfortably furnished to a high standard with: Living room (upholstered furniture, flatscreen TV, hi-fi), open-plan kitchenette complete with (electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, counter, various kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed), second bedroom (upholstered couch), shower/WC, electric heating. There is also WLAN, a cot, high chair, terrace with lounge furniture, covered seating area with flatscreen TV and Sky connection, car parking space, bicycle storage room and 2 rental bicycles (for a fee).
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, bicycle hire (if used) 1 EUR/day/bicycle. One small dog up to a size of 40 cm is allowed in this property. The landlords run a medically supervised fitness, health and physiotherapy centre. Free use of the sauna for house guests. Further offers (massage, fango, fitness etc.) can be booked on site. Alpacas are bred for therapeutic purposes. From the holiday home terrace you have a direct view of the alpaca enclosure.
