Description

Holiday cottage situated in the Ligurian hinterland, surrounded by forests and hills in an unspoilt area yet to be discovered, in the Val di Vara (“Organic Valley”). The property, which is surrounded by a large garden with above ground pool, is arranged on two floors and divided into two apartments with separate entrance. The ground floor includes a living room on which opens the kitchen, two double bedrooms, one bathroom. The first floor has a living room with fireplace, kitchen, two double bedrooms and bathroom. A rustic room with table, wood oven and small area dedicated to the gym overlooks the garden. In the nearby medieval town of Varese Ligure (7 km), there are clubs and typical shops. Along various scenic trails, passable by mountain bike or on horseback, trekking lovers can admire enchanting landscapes rich in woods and pasturelands. The villa is an ideal base to reach the Cinque Terre, Levanto, Bonassola and Sestri Levante (nearest coast 33 km), while nearby it is possible to practice different sports: swimming, tennis, horse riding and water sports such as rafting , canoeing, canyoning and idrospeed. Motorway 28 km. In a nearby house lives the caretaker who daily takes care of the maintenance of the large outdoor area where the pool is located, while still guaranteeing privacy to guests.
