Description

This beautiful vacation home with outdoor pool is part of a magnificent estate. An external staircase leads to the accommodation and to the terrace, which offers a wide view of the rural surroundings on the second floor. Laze by the pool or in the extensive garden. The friendly landlord couple lives in the neighboring house, but takes care that you can enjoy your privacy. They have a well behaved dog. An ideal location to explore the beautiful Dordogne region. In the village of Lanouaille, 2 km away, you will find banks, bakeries and an inn. Supermarkets can be found in Payzac, 5 km away. Nearby: Saint-Méard-d'Excideuil (9 km) and its 9-hole golf course with restaurant and bar. The recreational lake Lac de Rouffignac with summer beach and bar, Ségur-le-Château (10 km), a charming riverside village with a small selection of restaurants. Excideuil (11 km) with Thursday market and a castle. The town of Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche (18 km) and its lively market. Montignac (45 km), which attracts with the popular caves of Lascaux and invites you to canoe on its river. Périgueux (56 km), its cathedral, its many shopping opportunities and its Wednesday and Saturday market. The historic town of Sarlat (70 km) from the Middle Ages: many stores and also a Wednesday and Saturday market. Electric bikes may not be charged on site. Please use the charging station in the village for this purpose.
