Luxury villa Adelinda is located in a small village Maslenica near the city center of Zadar in Northern Dalmatia. Just a few minutes walk from the sea, this comfortable villa offers you the perfect dream vacation. Villa Adelinda, 107 m² in size, is furnished in a modern style and spreads over two floors. The maximum capacity of the villa is 8 people in total. The villa has 3 modernly furnished and air-conditioned rooms on the second floor overlooking the beautiful Adriatic Sea. One of the rooms has its own bathroom and there is another bathroom on the upper floor. Two rooms have double beds and one has two single beds. There is also an extra bed in one room and a sofa bed in the living room. On the first floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with glass wall and access to a large terrace with pool. In the open-plan interior, in addition to the living room, there is a modern kitchen and dining room, an office corner and an additional toilet. In the courtyard of the villa, in addition to the heated pool of 32 m2, there are 8 sun loungers, a spacious sun deck, a fully equipped pool house and a children's playground made of larch wood with slide, swing and a small cottage with additional bathroom. There are 3 parking spaces available in the fully fenced yard. Just a few minutes walk away is the beautiful rocky beach Tratarica, where you can experience all the charm of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. For those who love adrenaline adventures, there is a bungee jumping experience on the 56 m high Maslenica bridge. Near Maslenica there are many other interesting places with many entertainment events in summer. For example, on the nearby island of Pag, in addition to interesting scenery and historical monuments, you will find one of the most famous party beaches in Croatia ? Zr?e, known as the Croatian Ibiza. For those who prefer romantic walks and exploring historical antiquities, the nearby royal town of Nin, whose streets still bear traces of bygone times.
