This holiday home consisting of three separate apartments connected by external entrances is positioned a little outside of the centre of Prigradica. Two apartments are located on the second floor. One of them has two bedrooms and spacious living room with a kitchen, while the other has two bedrooms and is connected to a terrace. On the first floor there is one more separate apartment with one bedroom. From all the terraces there is a beautiful sea view. The swimming pool area is ideal for socializing. In the centre of Prigradica there are two public beaches, suitable also for children. The house is separated from the sea by a local road.
