The lot on which the villa is located extends to 1000m2. 4 bedrooms in the villa are equipped with double beds and 3 beautiful bathrooms, one with a bathtub, two with showers. There is also a separate toilet. On the ground floor of the villa you can find three rooms and a two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a neatly decorated and modern living room, a 10-seat dining room and a separate toilet. Upstairs of the villa you can find one beautiful room with terrace and balcony with beautiful sea view. One bathroom is also located on the first floor of the villa.
