Areas of interest include the medieval hill towns of Motovun and Groznjan and the coastal towns of Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further afield, the Brijuni Islands, the Roman amphitheater in Pula and a day trip to Venice are recommended excursions from this region. For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf club in Umag near the villa and a golf course on the beautiful island of Brijuni, only 50 km from the villa. The award-winning Istralandia water park is also close by, ideal for a fun day in the sun with the whole family.
