Villa Mara Svetvincenat is located, as the name of the villa says, near the town of Svetvincenat, in a village called Stokovci. The villa offers everything you need for a pleasant family vacation and can comfortably accommodate 7 + 1 people.
The villa has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and 1 guest toilet. On the first floor you will find a cozy living room with table soccer, darts and access to the pool. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom as well as a guest toilet. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV.
Outside the villa you will find a private pool with sun loungers, which is ideal for refreshment on hot summer days, as well as a covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture. The youngest will surely enjoy the children's playground and trampoline, and the adults will love the covered outdoor dining area with outdoor kitchen and barbecue.The small picturesque village of Stokovci is located near the medieval town of Svetvincenat, the most dominant small town in south-central Istria.
