Villa Rosa Labin is a beautiful, stylish villa situated on a hill in the small village of Presika, not far from Labin. It is the perfect place for a lovely family holiday for up to 8 + 2 guests.
The five comfortable bedrooms are spread across three levels of the villa.
The lower ground floor features a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area, a bathroom, a wine cellar and a leisure area where you can relax whilst playing table tennis or table football.
The ground floor comprises three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one single bedroom), a large, stylish living room with an open-plan fireplace and direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool, as well as a dining area, another fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The internal staircase leads you to the first floor, where the fifth bedroom (a double) is situated, complete with an additional sofa and an en-suite bathroom. This room has a balcony from which you can enjoy views of the pool and the surrounding area. The inviting swimming pool, with its stunning views of the surrounding area, is perfect for sunbathing or a swim. The outdoor dining area on the covered terrace off the living room allows you to enjoy beautiful views whilst having family meals prepared on a gas barbecue.
