Description

"Villa Emma" is a holiday home immersed in the characteristic countryside of Modica in a flat area a few km from Cava Ispica (prehistoric archeological site): it dominates the surroundings.

The owner is very child friendly: he dedicated particular space to children in the house equipping the garden with slide, swing, play house, trampoline, inflatable and a small outdoor pool (4 m diameter). Inside the house at guests disposal a table football for the entertainment of adults and children. In the large garden, in addition to the games for children, there are also tables, chairs, parasols and a corner with barbecue, perfect to eat outside.

Five bedrooms (three of which with ensuite bathrooms) all with TV, fridge and air conditioning. The very spacious kitchen (about 30 m2) is equipped with everything (griddle plate, induction hob, coffee machine). From the kitchen access into the large equipped porch (sitting corner with stereo system) protected by windows overlooking the garden.
