Description

A dreamlike vacation apartment with incomparable panoramic view over the Baltic Sea. From your private loggia you can look far over the sea and the beach directly in front of you, listen to the waves and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.

The sandy beach of Schönhagen starts right in front of your doorstep, separated only by the beautiful promenade. On the first floor is the service office and a café, so here you are in the middle of the action.

The vacation apartment is located on the second floor and can only be reached via a lattice staircase outside the house. To the sea side it has a covered balcony (loggia), where sun loungers invite you to relax. A barbecue is of course also at your disposal. On the opposite side is the pergola, through which the access to the total of 6 apartments in the house. Due to the generous cut, the arcade can also be used as a loggia. Here you will find a table and garden chairs to enjoy the last rays of the warm evening sun.

With 110 m², the vacation apartment offers plenty of space for up to six people (two sleeping places on the pull-out sofa in the living area) and has its own small wellness oasis with a 2-person whirlpool and sauna. In winter, the Scandinavian stove provides a particularly cozy atmosphere - here you can enjoy the panoramic view of the stormy Baltic Sea next to the crackling fireplace. The kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, is equipped with all amenities, such as a Nespresso machine. WLAN with fiber optics is available.
Hobby astronomers will be especially pleased with the telescope, which is part of the apartment equipment and with which the starry sky over the Baltic Sea can be observed on clear nights.
