You have 100 m² of private and fenced garden as well as another 100 m² of communal garden at your disposal. Spend wonderful hours by and in the pool and use the inflatable boat by arrangement and for an extra charge - the owner will let it into the water for you.

The nearest beaches as well as the center of Porec can be reached by car in about ten minutes.
In Poreč, be sure to visit one of the most beautiful preserved monuments, the Euphrasian Basilica, whose famous buildings and mosaics will delight you. Taste the excellent local delicacies and the famous Istrian wines in many restaurants.

Please note: The owner occasionally lives in the other part of the house.
