Description

This detached and very well-kept holiday home is situated near Bad Sankt Leonhard, all alone near the owner's family's farm.

Here you can relax undisturbed in a natural environment, even on vacation with your dog. The house is cosy and traditionally furnished with lots of wood. A tiled stove spreads pleasant warmth on cooler days. From your holiday home you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding Carinthian mountains.

Bad Sankt Leonhard im Lavanttal is 21 km north of Wolfsberg and 30 km south of Judenburg. On the main street in Bad Sankt Leonhard there is a ruin that is well worth seeing. Interesting day trips take you to Klagenfurt, 80 km away, which has a beautiful, historic old town, or to Lake Wörth, which offers numerous water sports. You can drive to Graz in just one hour, and it is definitely worth a visit. It is possible to buy fresh products on the owner's farm and in the in-house herb garden you can get to know 30 different herbs. Holiday children can help feed the animals.

Note: The last 600 m driveway to the house are steep and unpaved. In winter there are increased electricity costs, as the entire house is heated by electric heating, access is only possible as far as the farm.
