To avail of the "3 Nights for the Price of 2" offer, guests must book three consecutive nights. The offer is open to all guests and can be combined with other offers or vouchers. This discount is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw or extend this offer at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. The price displayed for a 3-night stay will be no greater than the price displayed for a 2-night stay at the same property with the same arrival date. Stays of 4 nights or more are priced independently and may, in some cases, be available at a lower total price than a 3-night stay. Use the discount code NOVASOLAPP and save 50€ on the rental price in the period from 22/06/2026 to 31/12/2027. The discount code is only valid for new bookings via our NOVASOL app and for arrivals in the period from 22/06/2026 to 31/12/2027, and to activate the code, the rental price must be at least 600€. The discount code cannot be combined with other discount codes and cannot be redeemed at NOVASOL partners. The discount cannot be paid out in cash or used for additional services to the rental price. NOVASOL reserves the right to cancel the discount code at any time.

A representative number of available holiday homes are offered at the promoted from price, while others may have a higher or lower price. The exact price for a specific booking will be displayed once the desired travel dates are entered on the individual holiday home's product page. All prices are subject to change depending on demand and season.

NOVASOL operates with dynamic pricing, meaning that prices for selected holiday homes may vary depending on availability and demand. The displayed savings are subject to change based on the chosen travel period, duration of stay, and current availability. To view the applicable savings, the desired travel dates must be entered for the specific holiday home.
These terms apply to a booking if you have selected the “flexible” booking option and paid the applicable non-refundable flexible cancellation fee to us at the time of booking (“Flexible Booking”). The flexible cancellation fee provides you with an enhanced right to cancel your booking on the terms below. These terms form part of, and should be read alongside, our Booking Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and our Booking Conditions, these terms will take precedence.
1. Subject to these terms, if you provide us with notice to cancel your Flexible Booking at least 14 full days before the scheduled arrival date (the “Cancellation Deadline”), you will receive a refund of all amounts paid to us for that booking (excluding the flexible cancellation fee) (“Refund Amount”), up to a maximum of €10,000 per booking.
2. You will not be entitled to any Refund Amount if:
a. you cancel after the Cancellation Deadline;
b. you are in breach of the Booking Conditions (including for non-payment);
c. any information you provided at the time of booking was incorrect or fraudulent;
d. the booking was cancelled by us or the accommodation owner in accordance with the Booking Conditions;
e. you were otherwise entitled to cancel under the Booking Conditions because of a breach by us or the accommodation owner;
f. the cancellation resulted from weather events, government restrictions (including travel bans or pandemic-related restrictions), or any other circumstance beyond our or the accommodation owner’s control; or
g. you requested to transfer or reschedule the booking.3. Once a Refund Amount has been paid under these terms, you will not be entitled to any further refund, compensation or recovery in respect of the same booking under the Booking Conditions or otherwise, except as required by law.
