Partial view from the terrace is on the Langelandsbelt, where there is a lot of shipping traffic. You can fish nearby, but fresh fish can be bought in many places. You are vacationing in a smaller cottage area: Sædballe/Fredmose. Here the nature is intact and the east coast has good fishing grounds. Popular with anglers is the Put & Take lake 8 km away, fish of the salmonid family are released. Langeland and the small islands off South Funen are blessed with pleasantly warm temperatures during the growing season, therefore a lot of fruit is cultivated here. On the way to Fredmose you will pass through orchards of great extent. When you come to a hill, you will have a good view of the Langeland Belt, where large and small ships bustle about. Only six kilometers away is the Langeland golf course.
