Here you'll find our terms and conditions for all current discounts and offers.
 

  • These offers should be read with the Rental Terms. In case of conflicts, the terms of these offers takes precedence.  
  • The terms outlined on this page are valid only for new bookings made during the promotional period indicated in the offer terms below.  
  • We can decide to extend or withdraw any offers, at our discretion.  
  • The offers listed may be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount that is available at the time of booking, unless stated otherwise.
      
     

2026 low deposit offer

For bookings made from 1 January 2026 (which begin in 2026), the following lower first payment offer applies:

  1. The first instalment (also called the low down payment) of £99 shall be due immediately after the booking has been made.  
  2. The second instalment, which together with the first instalment amounts to the remaining 25% of the rental amount, must be received by us no later than 8 weeks after the booking has been made.  
  3. The third instalment, which amounts to the remaining 75% of the rental amount, shall be due and must be received by us no later than 42 days before the start of the rental period.  
  4. The exact amounts of each instalment will be stated to you before you make the booking, and will appear on the rental agreement.  
  5. The low deposit offer applies exclusively to bookings made online on our website or via our app and is only available when payment is made using a credit card or Apple Pay.  
  6. The offer does not apply to bookings made through third parties / travel agents.  
  7. Please note that any applicable discounts will not be deducted from the low deposit amount.  
  8. This offer is only available for bookings with a value over £396 (or local currency equivalent).  
  9. This offer is subject to a minimum booking threshold: if the standard 25% first payment for a given holiday is lower than the specified lower first payment amount, the standard 25% first payment will apply instead.
  10. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a nonrefundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for the difference between the first instalment and the second instalment, as well as any applicable booking fee and any cancellation charges which may apply (as set out in the Rental Terms). For the avoidance of doubt, you will forfeit any insurance premiums (if applicable).

The from prices of holiday homes vary depending on several factors, including the location of the property, travel dates, duration and availability. A representative number of available holiday homes are offered at the promoted from price, while others may have a higher or lower price. The exact price for a specific booking will be displayed once the desired travel dates are entered on the individual holiday home's product page. All prices are subject to change depending on demand and season.
 

Last-Minute deals

Save up to 30% on selected houses with arrival within the next 6 weeks.
The discount only applies for holiday homes where the discount is visible and where arrival takes place within the next 6 weeks. Availability is subject to change, as some weeks may be booked. The offer therefore only applies to the remaining available weeks with arrival within the next 6 weeks.
The discount only applies to the rental price and is already deducted from the price shown on the website.

NOVASOL operates with dynamic pricing, meaning that prices for selected holiday homes may vary depending on availability and demand. The displayed savings are subject to change based on the chosen travel period, duration of stay, and current availability. To view the applicable savings, the desired travel dates must be entered for the specific holiday home.
 

Flexible cancellation terms

These terms apply to a booking if you have selected the “flexible” booking option and paid the applicable non-refundable flexible cancellation fee to us at the time of booking (“Flexible Booking”). The flexible cancellation fee provides you with an enhanced right to cancel your booking on the terms below. These terms form part of, and should be read alongside, our Booking Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and our Booking Conditions, these terms will take precedence.
1.    Subject to these terms, if you provide us with notice to cancel your Flexible Booking at least 14 full days before the scheduled arrival date (the “Cancellation Deadline”), you will receive a refund of all amounts paid to us for that booking (excluding the flexible cancellation fee and any insurance premiums) (“Refund Amount”), up to a maximum of €10,000 per booking.

2.    You will not be entitled to any Refund Amount if:
a. you cancel after the Cancellation Deadline;
b. you are in breach of the Booking Conditions (including for non-payment);
c. any information you provided at the time of booking was incorrect or fraudulent;
d. the booking was cancelled by us or the accommodation owner in accordance with the Booking Conditions;
e. you were otherwise entitled to cancel under the Booking Conditions because of a breach by us or the accommodation owner;
f. the cancellation resulted from weather events, government restrictions (including travel bans or pandemic-related restrictions), or any other circumstance beyond our or the accommodation owner’s control; or
g. you requested to transfer or reschedule the booking.

3.    Once a Refund Amount has been paid under these terms, you will not be entitled to any further refund, compensation or recovery in respect of the same booking under the Booking Conditions or otherwise, except as required by law.
 

25% low deposit

Book your 2025/2026 break now and pay only 25% at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
