Description

This cozy cottage is located only 200 meters from the beach. The interior was renovated in 2020 with a bathroom with underfloor heating, heated towel rail and sink. In addition, a heat pump and a wood stove were installed for the cool days and evenings.
The house has 3 bedrooms with good storage space and night lights and with built-in USB ports to charge your cell phones. The well-equipped kitchen has access to the morning terrace and is open to the living room, which has access to the covered terrace. From both the living room and the terrace you can enjoy the view across the water to Bøjden, from where the ferry to Als departs. Via a path right by the house, it is only a short distance to the beach and the water, which has several swimming spots and beautiful bathing water.
Helnæs is a beautiful nature area where you can fish both from the shore and from a boat (you can cut up your catch in the fish cleaning area outside by the house), as well as hike and bike. At Helnæs Kro you can enjoy good Danish food and a glass of wine.
You can shop at the grocery store in Ebberup (15 km) or drive to the old market town of Assens. Here you will find stores, restaurants, cafes and a harbor area that offers most things. The house is not far from Odense and Middelfart and is centrally located for vacation experiences.
