The heart of the house is the 40 m² living room, which flows into the open kitchen and has a fireplace, which spreads a warm and cozy atmosphere with its crackling fire. In the house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the larger of which is equipped with a 2-person whirlpool tub and has access to the house's sauna. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds and there is a separate bathroom at the living room. A house with clinker and wooden floors.
From the living room is a direct exit to the beautiful sun terrace.

The surroundings of the house consists of a beautiful nature, there is a good beach and a public playground. In the author golf course, tennis court and indoor swimming pool are easily accessible.
