A family-friendly house surrounded by greenery - this is the Sa Mimosa farmhouse, located in the beautiful south of Mallorca. Recognisable at first glance: the stately tall palm tree, the decorative tower and the lush terraces on the long side of the house. Mediterranean trees lend the area an idyllic atmosphere. Sun loungers invite you to sunbathe or relax under one of the parasols. You can glide gently into the salt water via a comfortable staircase and swim a few lengths. A cool drink tastes particularly good in the airy covered lounge, from where you have a perfect view of the pool and any children splashing around in it. You will find more wonderful seating for relaxing or dining together on the slightly elevated, aforementioned covered terrace. A balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding area rounds off the extensive range of outdoor seating.

From the terrace, you enter directly into the cosy living/dining area, which is elegantly divided by the wide round arch and at the same time pleasantly open. Right next to it is the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need for self-catering and also has access to the terrace. The ambience in the house is bright and friendly, enhanced by the use of harmonious colours, wood and pretty decorations. On the ground floor there are a total of three individually and very comfortably furnished bedrooms, two of which have access to the terrace and the third with an en suite bathroom. The staircase leading to the fourth bedroom is located in the spacious entrance area of the tower. This has an en suite bathroom. The balcony can also be accessed from here. An all-round great farmhouse for families or friends travelling together. The sunny yellow farmhouse Sa Mimosa is located in a rural setting not far from the beautiful beaches of Ses Covetes and Es Trenc. Its strategic location makes it easy to reach destinations in various directions. There are several supermarkets in the nearby town of Campos. The lively capital Palma is only 40 minutes away.
