The charming Villa Serveri is located in the middle of the hilly landscape in the east of the island, which is characterised by scattered buildings and leaves sufficient distance to the well-kept neighbouring properties. The south-facing property offers marvellous views over the naturally landscaped garden and beyond. This view contributes enormously to the feeling of slow living, which in this case is more than just a fashionable phrase. Because here you simply slow down without even realising it. How is that supposed to work? Just imagine the following scenario: You're doing your laps in the pool. Refreshed, you step out of the meandering tiled pool via the convenient step entrance. You can shower and sunbathe on one of the comfortable aluminium sun loungers by the pool or on the slightly higher sun terrace. Happy hour takes place in the shade of the covered terrace amidst relaxed artificial rattan furniture. Your gaze wanders effortlessly into the distance, over the trees to the rolling hills that eventually slope down to the sea. If you feel hungry, you can quickly start the barbecue - today's menu includes fresh fish, meat and vegetables bought at the market in Son Servera, as well as a crisp salad. The country kitchen is equipped with coffee-brown furniture and offers you the usual comfort that makes self-catering a pleasure. There are three bedrooms in total (one of which is air-conditioned). They are located on the same floor as the living room and have access to a phenomenal roof terrace and the pool level. Each bedroom has direct access to the outside. In addition to an en-suite bathroom, there are two further ultra-modern bathrooms and, of course, an additional WC for use by all. The spaciousness and discreet, timelessly classic furnishings create a relaxed atmosphere. Outside the walls of the rustic villa, a colourful bouquet of beautiful experiences and impressions awaits you.

You will enjoy a beautiful rural location with spectacular views all around on the outskirts of the small town of Son Servera. At the same time, the property is conveniently located directly on the Ma-4032 country road, which has little traffic and can only be heard from the villa when the wind is blowing just right. This means you can reach the coast, the Calas de Mallorca, in just five minutes, where you will find beautiful sandy beaches and gentle waves. While you're exploring the region, be sure to take a detour to some of the excellent restaurants and bars that have set up shop down by the sea. And if you're a keen golfer, this exquisite villa is the ideal place to relax - the Pula Golf Resort is just 2.5 kilometres away.
