This cosy holiday oasis is situated on a 14,000 m² plot with a fantastic south-facing aspect. Surrounded by lots of flat land, you can gaze into the distance on this secluded property and feel completely free. The well-tended garden with numerous olive and almond trees offers cosy retreats and plenty of space for children to play and run around. At Sa Torreta, you are surrounded by Mediterranean flair and can relax and recharge your batteries. For example, swing gently in the hammock under one of the shady trees. After crossing the green lawn, you will reach your sun terrace, where you will find a wonderful centrepiece with an 8-metre-long pool. This is equipped with a child-safe enclosure and allows you to cool off wonderfully with a shallow entry via steps and a maximum depth of 2.40 metres at the back. You can relax on one of the sun loungers on the surrounding stone terrace, so that nothing stands in the way of your perfect holiday. Another cosy spot is the covered terrace of your Mallorcan villa, where you can chill out in the shade on the lounge sofa or enjoy a freshly prepared meal on the barbecue at the laid table. Protected from the sun during the day or in the evening with a light breeze, a wonderful holiday atmosphere is guaranteed!

Inside, the two-storey villa is very cosy and tidy. The clear white walls are tastefully combined with natural stone surfaces and the uniformly tiled floor is both easy to clean and comfortable. On the ground floor, you will find an extremely cosy lounge with a sofa area including a flat-screen TV, reading chairs and rustic wooden furniture. Here you can relax in the warm atmosphere, enjoy the peace and quiet or be entertained with a DVD/CD. The cosy kitchen with seating area is directly adjacent and has two entrances to the outdoor terrace. In addition to the living area, there are two double bedrooms with 1.50 x 1.90 metre beds and a bright bathroom on the lower level. The decoratively tiled staircase leading to the upper floor is a true work of art. The balcony with breathtaking views is directly accessible from the bedrooms on the upper floor. An additional single bed is available in one of the cosy bedrooms. There is also a beautiful bathroom on the upper level, where you can even relax in a whirlpool bath. Hairdryers and irons are available in the house, leaving more room for good reading in your holiday luggage. With a total area of 130 m², this beautiful natural stone villa offers you plenty of space and an absolute feel-good factor to enjoy the best days of the year with your loved ones to the full.

The traditional village of Santa Margalida is considered one of the most beautiful places in Mallorca and is only 2 km from the villa. A weekly market is held here twice a week, which is definitely worth a visit! With the fresh, delicious local produce, your holiday will also be a culinary highlight. Around 12 km from the villa, you will be spoilt for choice as to which of the beautiful sandy beaches you would like to relax on. Near Muro, for example, there is a 16-kilometre stretch of beach as well as the beautiful bay of Alcúdia. The shallow bathing areas at the mouth of the river on Son Baulo beach are particularly attractive for families with children. Here you can splash and play extensively and there are even amenities such as toilets, changing rooms and restaurants. The attractive holiday home La Torreta is located in the north-east of the island, nestled in the countryside between fields. You can enjoy absolute peace and quiet on the extensive green plot and yet you are only a stone's throw away from the pretty village of Santa Margalida. In the town you can do all your daily shopping and enjoy the original charm. Dream beaches are less than 20 minutes away by car. The sandy beach of Son Baulo, for example, where the torrent of the same name flows into the sea, is an extremely attractive place to swim.
