The Schiff holiday home, completed in 2016, is located in the middle of the idyllic landscape conservation area of Geltinger Bucht and just 50 metres from the water. This holiday home sympathises with its natural surroundings and literally stands above it all. Three elevated living levels provide a view over the expanse of the nature reserve and Geltinger Bay. The Schiff holiday home offers space for up to four people and, in addition to its location, impresses with its open-plan design and maritime furnishings.

An external staircase leads to the house, to the large bankirai wooden terrace floating above the ground with all-day sun and to the holiday home's own fully fenced garden.

High ceilings and huge window fronts characterise the interior of the holiday home. While the open-plan kitchen on the first level offers all the amenities of high-quality equipment, a solid dining table invites you to linger. The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth.

The bright bathroom on the second level offers a glass rainforest shower. Both bedrooms offer full holiday comfort and from the third level you can enjoy the view over the nature reserve and Geltinger Bay.

The Schiff holiday home is one half of the house.
